Our clients bought this home, but wanted to have a larger master bathroom and bedroom suite. They also needed a laundry room on the second floor, an office and a craft room. We worked through a variety of plans on screen, in our selection room and remotely as the clients were traveling. We came up with a plan that involved dormers on the front which gave us enough space for a large master suite including a large closet, a guest bathroom, a laundry room, and an office space.
