On this project, the client had passed away and the 4 siblings put their dads home up for sale but it wasn't selling. One of the Siblings called me to stage. As soon as I finished staging the condo, the realtor stated they had 3 offers in one week. That was fantastic news! The condo was missing a dinette so I was able to find a set to match perfectly with the wood finishes already in the condo. I also purchase slipcovers from Target to camoflouge the design on the sofa and love seat The cream linen slipcovers did the trick.
