My client is a seamstress. This was a sewing room full of mismatched furniture and also served as the guest room for my client's granddaughter. We built a desk with file drawers that serves at the countertop for her sewing machine, a cabinet that opens for storing supplies, a window seat with two hinged benches and, not shown, is a Murphy bed on the right-hand adjoining wall.
