The space is anchored by a newly poured concrete patio and framed by a custom cedar structure, highlighted by a beautifully finished tongue-and-groove ceiling. A sleek black metal Pro-Rib roof provides both durability and striking contrast, enhancing the architectural presence of the structure.

Designed with entertaining in mind, the space includes a custom-built bar topped with elegant granite, integrated privacy screening along the rear for added comfort, and a dedicated TV wall perfect for enjoying the game poolside. Completing the experience, custom swing seating at the bar adds a unique, inviting element that encourages relaxation and conversation while elevating the overall character of the space
