Mid-Century Modern home undergoes a cosmetic upgrade from the finishes on the exterior with new stucco, paint, and entry door, to the finishes in the interior beginning with the Foyer with new slate-like floor, new doors, moldings, and paint throughout. Inspired by travels areas are accented with blue hues, botanical wallcovering, and hand-made tiles to name a few. New designer plumbing, tile and stone, and decorative lighting were incorporated into the design of the two bathrooms. The kitchen was resurfaced with new porcelain tile floors, paint, quartz countertops, matte black faucet and cabinetry hardware.
