A cosmetic upgrade was completed within the 2,500 SF NYC apartment to include the refinishing of the wood floors, restored venetian plaster walls, and paint. Upgrades in the Kitchen include new designer appliances, Blue Roma quartzite stone top, same stone and areas of new glass tile backsplash, and pained cabinetry. Wallcovering with an art decor inspired flair in the Powder Room with new decorative lighting and accents in warm brass finishes. A curation of client owned furnishings and new furnishings throughout the apartment.
