Sharland .II - Pool Complex

Modus Vivendi was appointed to support a dedicated leisure environment within a private residence, including pool, gym, changing and outdoor entertainment spaces. The project required a discreet and reliable technology approach that could enhance everyday leisure use while remaining practical within a poolside and external setting.
The priority was to provide a system that supported audio, control, lighting and entertainment infrastructure without adding visual clutter or unnecessary operational complexity.
