The scope of this project was to separate the basement into two areas, one being left open and partially finished for storage, the other side fully finished containing a living room, art nook and a new bathroom. Insulated floor panel installed on the finished side of the basement. The new bathroom an acrylic shower with a tiled surround, a floating vanity, and tiled walls. Within the living room gallery/art tracks, cabinetry, LED & track lighting installed. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring installed to the finished side of the basement and to the staircase.
