Main Floor
Stripped of all finishes, electrical, plaster and insulation (only structural framing left)
-Removed bearing wall and installed new beam and posts
-All new electrical including LED pots
-All new finishes
-New Kitchen
-Installed new water lines and electrical to add a powder room to the main floor

Second Floor
-Refinished the hardwood flooring
-Installed all new finishes in the bathroom
-Enlarged the bathroom
-Added a closet to one bedroom as part of bathroom enlargement
-Added electrical for a makeup table
