This was a lower Level, basement like remodel where there was an existing lower floor that was not very well light and did not connect well to the outdoors, something that at Worthington A + D we strive to do. There was an existing garage with 1 very dark and dreary bedroom and a sad and even more dark bathroom. We therefore created in that same space a master bedroom, a home office, a master bathroom with a separate WC, a walk-in closet, another 3/4 guest bathroom and a family room.
