This property was previously used as a Vacation Rental but new owner found drainage issues had caused flooding in the bottom floors.
We were called out to help solve some of these issues. We found the grade of the existing paver patio was forcing water to flow directly into the doorways of the lower units.
We removed all of the dated pavers and installed deck drains and new pavers at the proper slope to keep the water away from the units.
Palms and shrubs were installed to help separate the neighboring units and installed a new irrigation system.
We created a new paver walkway over to previously unusable area in back with a new Tiki Hut. This gave the renters a cozy seating area with bistro lighting.
We also installed a new low voltage lighting system to extend the evening fun.
