This client has a waterfront property with 3 dogs. We were contacted originally to replace the sod and we knew that this was not the best long term solution with large breed dogs that enjoyed running along the seawall.
We removed all of the declining grass, prepped by removing 3” of soil, brought back in crushed concrete and compacted prior to installing a pet friendly artificial turf.
Underground sleeves are always installed for irrigation and lighting wire for future needs and access.
