Complete remodel of this Spanish douplex in silverlake, ca. Zellige tile on fireplace surrounds, kitchen, bathroom and bbq countertops and bathroom floors. Cement tile on the bathroom walls. We built a roman (completely tiled) tub in one of the bathrooms with a black penny tile inside and a square zellige tile on the deck and face of the tub. The kitchen cabinets in one of the units is a whitewashed finish and the other is a lacquered finish. We built a two story patio with a built-in bbq, bar sink and ice maker and a saltillo tile deck; plus a built in smooth stucco seating in the lower level and new landscaping around the property.
