The Oaks/Spring Oak

We completely remodeled this mid century modern home in the Oaks near Griffith park; including pretty much gutting the entire house, opening up the kitchen to the living room and dining room areas, reconfiguring the master bath/closet area, completely redoing the bathrooms, etc.

This back yard was an overgrown sloping hillside. Brush removal, some retaining walls, a fence and new grass and it becomes a tranquil back yard to enjoy the fantastic southern California weather.

This is the view from outside the kitchen area of this home we remodeled. We installed a bifold window and continued the countertop through the window creating a bar on the other side.
