This property was a new build therefore, Pascale Land Design had a clean slate to work with. Camouflaging the water feature and boulders was taken into consideration as the HOA had their concerns. The Clients wanted a very lush and Mediterranean look with a hint of the Arizona native landscaping. Pascale Land Design incorporated a native lush landscaping but also kept it functional and beautiful.
