Renovation / addition of existing ranch style residence in Slidell La.. The old, tiny galley- style kitchen with no pantry was demolished. The wall between the old kitchen and family room was removed, opening up the new kitchen to the family room with the creation of a new eating counter / bar. New kitchen is light and airy, with plenty of efficient work space. Traffic through kitchen work area to garage was rerouted ouside of the work zone. A new walk-in panty added. An old, little-used sun room was replaced by a spacious new dining area, which is conveniently located to the patio for bbq-ing.
