Before
Original family room was dark with low ceilings. Making use of the attic space above, the ceiling was removed to capture the additional height and highlight the fireplace as a focal point in the renovation.

Original foyer was dark, narrow staircase and low ceiling height. Taking out the bathroom above, allowed for a two story dramatic new entry and reconfigured staircase allowing for full views of the dining and living room.

Original bonus room was dated. Entry to new garage and FROG room was designed to connect at the top of the stairs and this space was renovated to house a new work out space or game room.

Original porch was old and needed new structural foundation and roof support. New design includes larger footprint to house outdoor kitchen and extend across the entire house. 8 foot screen panels provide a clear view without rails.
