The homeowner envisioned a complete transformation of the Kitchen, Powder Room, and Master Bath, along with new hardwood floors and a matching wood staircase and railing. Working with a talented design team, we exceeded expectations by redesigning the kitchen island for improved workflow, swapping the range and sink, and increasing both storage and space. We also relocated the kitchen windows to enhance the open, airy feel while keeping the total window size within budget constraints. In the Master Bath, we reoriented the tub to enlarge the shower, catering to modern preferences. Despite challenges like installing a new fireplace and vent, our creative team found solutions. The client is thrilled with the updates, and we're excited to have prepared the house for its next 30 years!
