This condominium was purchased by a lovely lady with very modern tastes. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely gutted and all hardwood floors removed. We laid 24x24 black porcelain tile through out the entire condo, even the walls in the master bathroom. New cabinets, appliances and countertops have been installed. The track lighting was replaced with 5" and 4" recess lights.
