A 1960's era apartment-turned-condominium set the stage for this dramatic renovation. Working with strict HOA guidelines was required to keep the integrity of the building exterior cohesive while the building undergoes landmark status approval. The home owner's bold use of color was inspired by inherited collections of dishes, art, and furnishings.
