This extensive remodel on the south end of Bainbridge involved virtually building a new home on an existing foundation. This three bedroom, four bath, 3,500 sq ft residence includes many unique details: rusted clad fireplace surrounds, full porcelain slab wall, and folding doors that open into the living space. Creating the sunken dining room was a challenging task, as the original floor was two feet higher than the final design. This house successfully blends modern details and traditional design for a beautiful final result.
