Washington Park area. Phase 3 of complete house remodel designed by Whitehall. 50% of the main floor was updated in conjunction with a complete pop top of the 2nd floor. Previous work included a basement remodel as well as a kitchen remodel. Design by Darcy Mullally, CKD.

Main floor bathroom for a1915 Bungalow was designed primarily for use as powder room, so storage needs were minimal. The grey polished 12 x 24 brick laid floor tile brings a tailored formality to the space while use of a furniture styled custom cabinet for the vanity evokes a powder room feel. ©...
