South Humber Condo Kitchen
What began as an L-shaped kitchen with corner sink, little storage or counter space, and dated California lighting, finished with a compact yet functional, contemporary kitchen with a splash of personality, just like the homeowner.
Relocating the refrigerator to a bare wall and adding a pantry and numerous drawers, created more counter space and very efficient storage areas. Modern LED lighting under the cabinets and floating shelf above the pass through, allows for sufficient lighting and an uncluttered ceiling. Low maintenance quartz countertops and full height backsplashes at the stove and sink areas add colour contrast and elegance. Cabinetry in soft grey painted finish was continued on the walls and ceiling for an open and airy feel to the room.
