An 855 SF in law addition connected to an existing 3 bed/3 bath house. The new space consists of an open bedroom and living area, master bathroom, master closet, and access to a rear deck overlooking the backyard. The bathroom was our favorite space in this project with a total of five fixtures, two stacks of floating wood shelving, and a zero-threshold shower made for aging-in-place.
