This 103 year old house had been a home to multiple family generations before I walked through the door to meet it. Emerald House Studio helped make it more functional for a 21st century family by designing a new bathroom in previously unused space on the first floor. Even when it’s a compact space, we can’t help but love seeing old homes breathe fresh air again. The existing second floor bathroom also received a bit of love.
