Space Lab provided design consulting services to a contractor that needed assistance improving floor plans and reimaging the exterior of the spec residence that was already under construction.​

While minimizing the impact on construction schedule and cost, we were able to improve the flow of the main floor as well as the order and proportions of key spaces. We also reworked the street side exterior façade for better curb appeal and helped ground the house to the site by providing schematic grading and planting.
