Spanish Colonial Jewel Box

The exterior of this home is inspired by Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean design, featuring cast stone accents, stucco, and a traditional barrel tile roof. A grand stair tower showcases a freestanding curved staircase, leading to a paneled wood study with a domed cupola and a double-sided fireplace that opens to the library. The front of the home is adorned with stained "bottle" glass windows, while the terrace boasts a freestanding double-sided fireplace beside a tranquil fountain.

Inside, a groin-vaulted hallway with wood-paneled arches leads to a spacious family room, which features a large fireplace with a cast stone mantle. This open-concept space connects seamlessly with the dining area and kitchen, which includes a nearby catering kitchen for convenience. The family room is equipped with a 6-panel, 18-foot sliding pocket door system that opens up to the outdoor living room. A Phantom screen installed in the triple arches of the rear elevation provides protection from the weather and insects, allowing for year-round enjoyment of the outdoor space.

The exterior features a dramatic pool with fountains and waterfalls, along with a separate guest house that overlooks the stunning water features and fountains, completing the luxurious outdoor setting.
