This is the same bathroom vanity! Changing the countertop. faucets, and light fixtures made this vanity look new and contemporary—while saving a lot of money.

The bathroom tile didn't need to be replaced to give this space a contemporary and modern look. Replacing the bathroom fixtures updated the space and complemented the tile. This project is a prime example of how much a space can be improved without fully renovating it.

A lighter vanity and new tiles give this bathroom a refreshed look. To save money during this renovation, the dated shower stall was turned into a linen closet. The bathtub became a tub/shower combo. By doing so, the cost of a new glass shower enclosure was saved.
