Client wanted original 3/8" engineered flooring that was too dark, replaced with a lighter color wood that was durable and hand scraped. Entire 1st floor was removed, including kitchen. The new flooring came together nicely. We also installed a humidifier at the furnace to keep the flooring at the proper levels.
