When presented with the opportunity to return to his family home in the beautiful West End of Richmond, it was clear that the 1940s era kitchen needed remodeling. To increase light and flow to the den of the house, a small bump out addition was added, just beyond the arched door. Th custom Shaker-style cabinets were and Pietra Cardoza soapstone remain true tot he era and quality of the home, and keeps the deck area of the counter clean and neat.
