This project was a complete gut down to the brick with a rear addition and included upgrades such as full 2lb spray foam to all exterior walls which far exceed today’s current minimum building code. The existing home was upgraded with new flooring, trim, electrical, lighting and HVAC work. The addition consisted of a new master bedroom with ensuite and custom closets. The main floor of the addition created a new family room/TV area that the family now uses daily and allows them to have an adult area separate from the kids. The backyard was fully landscaped with an interlocking patio and small deck off the addition. As most people have busy schedules these days, we installed a maintenance-free artificial grass area for the kids and the dog. More family time and less yard to maintain!
