This lateral apartment offered us a magnificent canvas with which to work. We uncovered the ceilings to create architectural loft style features that are used to dramatic effect within the context of classic luxury.

In the entrance, we introduced a bevelled mirrored wall and crystal wall lights
to enhance the illusion of space and reflect light throughout the area.

The heart of the home is the reception and dining room where the lofty, apex ceiling brings a touch of Manhattan style and lends the apartment its unique character. We enhanced the room’s streamlined design with the introduction of a stunning back-lit onyx display unit, bespoke Casamance velvet sofas and dark wood flooring.

The dramatic apex ceiling also features in the master bedroom, increasing the sense of air and light, adding to the apartment’s visual allure. We combined soft metallic tones with the warm contours of the furnishings, introducing silk carpets and bespoke high gloss cabinetry in warm grey. In the bathroom, we book-matched Calacatta marble to create a striking backdrop to the double ended bath and introduced sustainably sourced Capiz shell mosaic above the silver grey tulip and mirrored vanity unit. Born of the best of both worlds, this apartment is a true marriage of classic luxury, with subtle but definitive contemporary touches.
