Southeast Portland’s Woodstock neighborhood is a vibrant and highly desirable place to live, known for its excellent schools, thriving restaurants, boutique shopping, and a close-knit community. Like much of Portland, however, housing availability is limited. To address this challenge, the city of Portland has taken significant steps to encourage the development of high-density housing options, such as ADUs.

Our ADU design-build project embraced this opportunity, transforming a backyard into two new one-bedroom units. These bright, airy, and efficient units offer tenants modern, welcoming spaces that make the most of their compact footprints.
