Most appliances should be cleared of the countertops, but we always like to leave a cute little coffee bar. The decision maker in most buying situations is the wife (sorry guys) and what lady doesn't love coffee?!?

This dining room was a large part of our staging. The family actually used this space as a playroom, so we had to really improvise with decor and furniture. Ideally we would have a picture above the buffet, but the home sold so quickly we didn't have time!

Clearing off all applicances, and other clutter makes a huge impact in any kitchen. By adding fresh flowers, a coffee bar and placemats - we add just enough character to allow the family to picture their lives in this space.

Originally used for the dining room table, the nook off the kitchen was a quick staging improvisation using items the homeowner already had. What a perfect place to snuggle in with a book! The homeowner immediately wished she had made this change earlier.
