Staging Project-Sunplains

This was a house FLIP we were hired to design and stage in Etobicoke. This was a 1960's backsplit that had not been updated at all. Contractors were on a tight budget, so we advised on all aspects of the renovation and helped guide them on where to put their reno dollars to get the best return upon sale.

Instead of replacing floors we refinished existing hardwood and repainted. Potlights were installed, stipple ceiling surface removed. It was freshly painted and staged.

Adding modern furniture in what was originally a very dated space, helped to make it appealing to young families who would be buying in this area. New DR light fixture added impact and helped define Dining room space.

Using ready made cabinetry can help keep kitchen reno costs down. By adding quartz counters and a creative backsplash, this kitchen gets the "custom" look without the "custom" pricetag. Great for selling!

Dated bathroom was given a makeover. Being the main bathroom for the home, it was important to lux it up. Replacing single sink vanity with the double sink, new faucets, toilet, light fixtures and recessed mirrored medicine cabinets.

Resurfaced a dated fireplace and created a cozy family room space.

Formerly a 2 piece powder room, now converted into a functional 3 piece with glass enclosed shower.. Floating vanity helps keep space light and "square" toilet adds more modern elements while effectively using every square inch effectively.
