Belgard, Belair Segmented wall block(Toscana) and Cambridge Cobble paver (Bella). 4,100sqft of Cambridge Cobble pavers were utilized for the driveway and parking areas as well as step access for front entry of dwelling. 200sqft of Cambridge Cobble pavers were utilized for an auxiliary walkway along the upper terraced area with step access. 250 liner fee of Belgard, Belair retaining walls were installed with varied wall heights from 2' to 3' walls. Average height was 3' throughout project. Original asphalt driveway was excavated and new sub grade base was installed per ICPI recommended install. New Cambridge Cobble pavers were installed to replace asphalt.
This property is situated within the base of the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. Most construction is southwestern pueblo style with a very native southwest architectural motif. This particular install specifically defied traditional installs which fit the majority of residences in this area. The unique setting makes it a one of a kind masterpiece within its setting. This particular project demonstrated how a formal, well architectural finished product like Cambridge Cobble pavers and Belgard, Belair wall stone can fit into a natural and rustic setting.
