This harborside summer house was in need of a full landscape makeover. The landscape was dated with crumbling patios and walks and plantings which had become overgrown and were blocking views both toward the house and toward the water. Bradford Associates designed a new landscape which would open and highlight views toward the harbor, provide outdoor spaces for entertaining and breath new life into plantings, adding color, texture and curb appeal. The new landscape renovation included a large outdoor kitchen, bluestone patios and walks, landscape lighting, screen fencing and plantings.
