SUMMERLIN HOME RENOVATION

Our clients purchased this upscaled track home in Summerlin, They loved the location but wanted to change just about everything else! With the aid of a wonderful contractor, we were able to completely remodel the kitchen, the master bath and remove an unnecessary wine room that cut the house in two! Our client's asked for a neutral, fresh palette that was timeless and classic.

Here is the view from the front door. Initially, this room was divided between the Living room and the Kitchen by a Wine Room. It was so much better when with the aid of a contractor, we were able to open the space and completely remodel the Great Room .
