The client had very expensive taste - Usually our clients with 2nd homes are trying to save money - but he actually asked us after the first presentation " If you knew you had more money to spend would you have done anything differently?" A re-design ensued and we were then able to take it up a notch with the custom sectional ( approximately $10,000) and the custom Leather Dining chairs - The client is in the leather business - so he LOVES leather! In all, a GREAT install! Completed August 2014.
