This is an extensive remodel to an existing single family home. The spaces in the original house were cramped and for this family that works from home and also home schools their two children, that just was not working. The new home is spacious without being too large for the scale of the neighborhood. At 2500 sq feet, is is a modest, yet stunning addition to the Sunset Hill area of Ballard.
