Our team worked with the listing realtor to make this unique home even more appealing. By staging the informal dining with six place settings, we showed that most buyers could exchange the formal dining room for a home office. To provide the realtor and homeowner with the most impact within their budget, we limited staging to the office, living room, entry, powder room, kitchen and informal dining. Our goal was to provide the buyer with the very best first impression which would remain with them as they viewed other parts of the home.
