Originally this yard was sloped with a consisantly weedy dry creek bed and water collecting in one corner creating a rather large pond in the rainy months. Here we added a drainage system and leved the grade. This was a complete redo with paver patio and walkways, planter boxes, a pergola, arbor, new shed, potting bench and trellises. As well there was new irrigation installed a water feature, night lighting, new lawn and plants.
