Beautiful full size addition in a prestigious neighborhood in Ottawa. The architecturally designed high ceilings and various windows makes the room a bright and enjoyable space for the whole family. The new addition is adjoined with the sitting room, which were both covered in a striking engineered hardwood. As you can see the addition was transformed into a kids dream play room! The floor was covered with foam tiles for comfort, softness and protection (from both the floors and the kids), which can easily be removed later when the kids out grow the room. A custom bookshelf was designed and installed against the wall; a great organizer for all the books! The perfect room with adult supervision just a few feet away in their haven!
The exterior is roof and bump out is a unique design which adds a great quality to this home. This project finished up right on time for this family to enjoy some relaxation and summer days on their Trex finished deck, wrapped with skirting.
