Sometimes you have to say goodbye to make way for something new and exciting to come! There are big plans for a new 4 bunk, 3.5 bath, 2-story cabin with a screen porch and deck over the walk-out to Sylvan Lake.

The biggest challenge is the lot: only 50’ wide with a steep slope located on a narrow road and the proximity to the lake being only 55’. This required some additional county coordination to approve a variance for placement of the cabin and the septic system. If you need help with your challenging lot, we are the contractor to call.
