The design of Tall Cedar needed to be conducive to the severe grading condition on the lot. Covered with lush foliage, and flanked by developed lots at either side, this incredible lot has an 8-meter grade drop back-to-front, and 3 meters side-to-side.

It was our intention to minimize disturbance and maintain as much of the natural topography as possible. This meant minimizing the use of retaining walls and introducing multiple floor levels.
