We updated this entire property after a major renovation. The property is sloped throughout, which we solved with custom terraces and steps. A limestone pathway cuts the front yard in half, leading from the street to an enlarged entry patio.

In the back yard, an artificial turf lawn connects the pool and the deck to create one seamless and low maintenance outdoor living space.
