Full Remodel of an older home in Tarzana. This remodel included removing walls and changing the layout of the house to provide a big open concept floor plan. We built a new custom kitchen, two new bathrooms, created 3 new bedrooms with the new floor plan. We also remodeled the entire exterior and remodeled the existing garage to be an ADU studio with a kitchen and bathroom. This exterior yard has it all with a fence to protect the property, a fireplace, custom benches and day bed, a pool, fireplace and hot tub! What more could you want in an Socal home?
