The client was looking to add some modern elements as well as add more glass to bring in all the natural light while taking in the view. The 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom chalet was designed with a great open concept main floor, which is ideal for hosting. Expanding the rear deck [which includes partial coverage] allows the owners to take in the surrounding nature on those warm summer nights.
