This 1500 square foot modified bilevel was completed construction in spring of 2017 and set home for Beacon Homes' first show home. The modern and sleek style and finishes made a definite impression on everyone who visited. From the 14' tall ceilings throughout the main floor to the large functional, yet stylish kitchen, and to the out of the box kids 'hideout' (loft) in the second bedroom. This home was a show stopper and won BILD Central Alberta's Best Home Award in its category.
