From its start as a rooming house in the late 1800s, this home had seen some changes over the years, but its original esthetics and structure bore the test of time. With the goals our client determined as priority, we were commissioned to create an open concept main floor, build a modern kitchen, achieve the best possible use of the limited space, all while keeping some of the historical essence of the home.
